ITU Sister/Charge Nurse
Location: Sutton
Hours: Permanent, full-time - 37.5 hrs a week.
Salary: £35,391 - £42,617 per annum
Pulse is delighted to be working alongside a leading private hospital in Sutton, looking for an experienced ICU Sister or Charge Nurse– to take the next step in Critical Care Nursing.
With a £27 million investment in the hospital, this is an exciting time to join. Currently a 92 bedded hospital, covering a wide range of specialities. With an existing 8 bedded Intensive care unit, specialising in Cardiac, Thoracic, Hepatobiliary, Neuro, Spinal and complex GI and Urology cases - alongside an HDU.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Minimum 3 years Sister or Nurse in Charge experience
- Leadership and management of the department
- Developing own managerial and clinical knowledge, and practice
- Assisting others to develop continually professionally
- Delegate work to others
The ideal candidate:
- NMC registered
- Minimum 3 years ITU experience
- Experience in taking charge of a clinical area
- Ability to manage and prioritise both clinical and managerial duties
