Are you a CAMHS Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?

We are now recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to join an innovative team, to join a well-established NHS trust based in Yorkshire. The role is available to start as soon as possible, and the appointed candidate will need to work full time hours per week on a locum basis.

The CAMHS Practitioner will be provide short term, intensive mental health intervention for children and adolescents with complex mental health needs and work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, applying specialist skills and knowledge to maintain the young person with significant and complex needs in the community. Applying candidates must have CAMHS experience as well as a full UK passport.

Skills and experience needed:

  • CAMHS experience
  • Able to complete urgent assessments
  • Extensive experience of working as a CAMHS Practitioner
  • Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
  • Can work well independently and as part of the team
