Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist therapy and interventions for individuals with LD and addiction challenges.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address addiction issues within the context of LD.
- Conducting assessments, facilitating group therapy sessions, and offering support to clients and their families.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- HCPC registration or relevant professional accreditation.
- Band 7/8a/8b experience with a focus on Addictions Therapy and Adult LD.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention.
