An exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist has become available within our well-established NHS Client’s community team based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This position is open to start asap, offering full-time hours with the placement.

As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, you will be a vital member of the community healthcare team, delivering specialized physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and local settings. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for individuals requiring community-based care. Applying therapists should have community experience and some knowledge about admission avoidance and D2A pathway.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be HCPC registered
  • Have completed the relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle during work hours
