Pulse is seeking a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to join a dynamic service based within our Private client’s service in Liverpool.

The Clinical Psychologist in the post will work in a vocational rehabilitation service for adults with acquired and long-term neurological conditions. The post holder will be providing clinical psychology input to service users with acquired brain injury/neurological conditions.  It is essential that the psychologist has previous experience within a neuro environment and is registered with the HCPC to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide specialist analytical and clinical judgement skills to assess, formulate, treat and evaluate a range of neuropsychological and psychological difficulties.
  • To provide a high standard of care to a personal caseload of patients who have a neurological condition or acquired brain injury.
  • To provide specialist interpretation of a range of neuropsychological and psychological assessment measures in relation to work with complex neuropsychological difficulties.
