Pulse is now seeking to recruit a band 6 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who specialises in wheelchair therapy to join a well-established team at an innovative NHS trust based in South east of London covering locations such as Ruxley Clinic, Sidcup and all of borough of Bromley. The practice has lots of close by amenities and has been given a Good overall rating from the CQC.  

The post is available to start as soon as possible, offering full time hours per week for a 12 month Assignment period. Candidates applying will ideally have previous experience working within a wheelchair service. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 

Required working pattern/hours :  Monday -Friday & shift times Part time hours approx. 3 days work between Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm 

 Duties within this role will include:  
• Providing advice on wheelchair product range for patient’s comfort 
• Manage own caseload 
• Providing advice, arranging equipment or recommending alterations to the home, to ensure safe and competent use of such equipment  
• Being professionally and legally responsible for all aspects of own work

To be considered for this role you must:  
Be HCPC registered.
Have previous experience working within a similar role.
Hold the relevant degree/qualifications in occupational Therapy.
Must have full driving license.
