Position Details:

  • Role: CAMHS Pathway Worker – Band 6
  • Location: Kent

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the needs of children and young people referred to CAMHS services.
  • Developing care plans and providing therapeutic interventions.
  • Liaising with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
  • Working closely with the CAMHS team to deliver high-quality and effective services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional registration (HCPC, Social Work England, etc.).
  • Band 6 experience in CAMHS or a similar setting.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
