Position Details:
- Role: CAMHS Pathway Worker – Band 6
- Location: Kent
Responsibilities:
- Assessing the needs of children and young people referred to CAMHS services.
- Developing care plans and providing therapeutic interventions.
- Liaising with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
- Working closely with the CAMHS team to deliver high-quality and effective services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional registration (HCPC, Social Work England, etc.).
- Band 6 experience in CAMHS or a similar setting.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
