Our client is currently seeking an experienced band 7 Physiotherapist to be welcomed into their community team based at a well-established NHS trust in London. The post is available for the successful physiotherapist to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours per week for an initial 3-month tenure. 

The successful Physiotherapist will Undertake client assessment using standardised assessment tools and/or the single assessment process. Undertake holistic assessments and standardised falls assessment tools in order to develop a multidisciplinary care plan  

Must have acute respiratory experience and experience of treating COPD patients acutely and sub acutely. Ideally community experience and experience of lone working.

 

 

To be considered for this role, you must:  

  • Be HCPC registered  
  • Have completed the relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy  
  • Have previous experience in a similar role 
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle during work hours
