Pulse is currently seeking a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist who has significant experience in Early Interventions to join our clients dynamic NHS team based within Ashford and Folkstone. The role is available for the successful psychologist to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours, Minimum 2 days a week. Our client will also consider a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for the role.

This is an exciting time for a Clinical Psychologist to welcomed into our client’s team. The Psychologist in post will have many opportunities to contribute to service development activities and the implementation of evidence-based practice.

 

CBT's must have BABCP Accreditation and Clinical Psychologists must have HCPC

 

You must have previous experience working with Psychosis, and/or with severe mental health conditions.

 

Post holder will need to carry out home visits, and able to travel around the community.

 

 

Applying Psychologist must have:

  • Registration with HCPC
  • Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical or Counselling)
  • Experience of post qualification assessment and treatment in adult mental health
  • Experience of post qualification work with clients with a range of psychological needs of a complex nature and carrying own caseload
  • CBT Training in Psychosis
