As a vital member of our team, your role extends beyond clinical expertise to encompass a multifaceted approach to healthcare. Your clinical prowess in Ear, Nose, and Throat services, with a specialized focus on Head and Neck Surgery, will be a cornerstone in providing exceptional patient care.
Collaborate seamlessly with our multi-professional team to develop care pathways and clinical guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined approach to healthcare delivery. Uphold optimal practices by cultivating a culture of excellence within wards, outpatients, and the ED department. Your role extends to educational leadership, where you will provide invaluable support and guidance to junior medical and nursing colleagues. Requirements:
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Right to work in the UK
- CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) or equivalent in ENT Surgery.
- Demonstrable experience in Head and Neck Surgery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
