Pulse is seeking a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to join the dynamic stroke department based within our NHS client’s service in Taunton, Somerset. This position is available to start as soon as possible, offering part-time hours each week for an initial 3-month period with a view to extend. 

The position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver specialist psychological services to patients with stroke, linking closely with established multidisciplinary teams, and working across the care pathway. Applying candidates must have post-graduate doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology or equivalent, as well as be registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist. Additionally psychological therapy experience with patients with stroke/brain injury/physical health conditions and neuropsychology experience in neurological rehabilitation.
