Our NHS client is seeking a motivational Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their fantastic rehabilitation team in Woking, Surrey. They are offering full-time hours per week for an Ongoing period.

The role includes elderly care, discharge planning, rehabilitation, reablement and discharge planning. Physiotherapist in the post will be required to assess and treat their caseload of clients and maintain associated records. The post holder will be required to work as a member of the multi-disciplinary Community Rehabilitation teams and undertake advanced assessments, clinical diagnoses, and treatment of patients within the speciality who need rehabilitation. These patients often have complex and/or chronic presentations.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Completed the relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy
  • Previous NHS experience in a similar rehabilitation setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to establish a rapport with patients
  • Good time management
  • Interest in anatomy and physiology
  • Genuine concern for the health and wellbeing of service users
