An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our fantastic NHS client’s pain clinic based in Camberley, Surrey. This vacancy is available for the successful therapist to start as soon as possible, offering full time hours per week with the placement due to end on 29.03.24.
As a Pain Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients manage and overcome chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with a diverse patient population, providing specialized care and tailored treatment plans to improve their quality of life. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional who is committed to excellence in patient care and is eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those dealing with chronic pain.
Skills and experience needed:
- Previous experience within acute settings
- Previous discharge planning and Oncology experience
- Relevant degree/qualification in Physiotherapist
- HCPC registration
Duties will include:
- Care-coordinating
- Attending MDT meetings
- Contribute to the holistic assessment of physical and mental wellbeing needs.
- Assessment and intervention of individual patients needs and progress.
- Treating patients for a range of moderate to complex mental health conditions
- Working with other healthcare professionals
