Pulse is currently seeking a determined Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to be welcomed into our client’s Memory Assessment team, within a fantastic NHS trust based in Sale, Cheshire. This position will be available for the assigned Clinical Psychologist to start on 04.09.23, working part-time hours per week with the placement due to end 31.12.23.

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality neuropsychological assessment to adults of any age requiring investigation and management of organic mental health problems (predominantly mild cognitive impairment and dementias) through the Trafford Memory Assessment Service. Applying therapists must have neuropsychological assessment experience and has preferably worked within a memory assessment team.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Be HCPC registered
  • Have a proven track record in neuropsychology
  • Be analytical and show good attention to detail
