Pulse Nursing are delighted to be offering a variety of shifts within A&E Departments across the Rothrham area for Nurses.
Our A&E Nurses will deliver treatments to patients with injuries and serious illnesses in a busy and demanding A&E setting. No shift in this A&E department, is ever the same, you will face many different case types whilst providing an invaluable service to individuals in a critical time of need.
Pulse Nursing are offering a number of shift pattens and flexible shifts across day and night hours in friendly and welcoming teams.
Rates for the A&E Nurse are between £21.29 to £39.28
A&E Nurse responsibilities includes:
- Assess and prioritise patient/client requirements, delegating effectively to others.
- Drawing blood, IV Administration, Resus trained.
- To recognise, review and report patients/clients’ condition and any changes to it to senior members of staff within the multidisciplinary team.
- Responsible for adhering to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.
- Taking blood/fitting a canula, undertake patient observations (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate and oxygen level) as patient need dictates throughout the shift.
- Treatment of resus patients and Triage
A&E Nurse role Requirements:
- NMC Registration 6 months
- 6 months experience in A&E- able to provide 2 references for verification.
- To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV
- Right to work within the UK – Documented proof will be required
