Are you an empathetic CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?
We are now recruiting for a Band 7 CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner to join an NHS trust based in Romford, Essex, on a locum contract. The qualified and experienced Practitioner will be Working in a busy CAMHS Triage service. Triaging referrals, comprehensive triage, and initial assessments, undertaking risk assessment including risk management, robust formulation directing patient treatment. Being able to work under pressure, Liaising with other professionals/agencies. Will need to be able to work face-to-face.
The post on offer will be an immediate start for an initial 3-month contract with the likely view of extending. Full-time candidates are preferred; however, part-time candidates may also be considered for the right person.
Rates: £29.72 per hour
Skills and experience needed:
- Managing a caseload
- Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
- Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
- Can work well independently and as part of the team
