Pulse Nursing are excited to offer Registered Mental Health Nurse’s new shift opportunities in Ticehurst. You will be working with vulnerable patients that have mental health traumas and complex needs.

You will be working within a mental health treatment hospital, providing specialist inpatient support for a range of mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety. We are also able to provide outpatient treatment for addictions and eating disorders, as well as outpatient support for young people.

Rates are between £27.82- £38.22.

Shifts range between Monday to Sunday.

Registered Mental Health Nurse responsibilities includes:

Previous experience with patients who have complex mental health needs
Working across a variety of shift patterns which include nights
Ability to adapt to challenging and escalating situations
Restraint Training is essential (full 3-5 day face-to-face PMVA training must be demonstrated and dated within a year.
Ability to fully comply with Care Plans and Procedures and not deviate from these to ensure protection of the child and yourself
Have a passion for patients with different mental health concerns and be committed to making positive outcomes and impacts in their life

Registered Mental Health Nurse Role Requirements: 

NMC Registration 6 months.
Will need to provide ILS.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a Mental Health setting - able to provide 2 references for verification.
To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV.
Right to work within the UK – proof will be required.
