We are currently working with a client based in North West London who is looking for a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist for their service. The role will be working within an Inpatient OCD unit and you will be expected to undertake assessments, interventions and group and individual therapy. This is a locum position for 3 months initially, working part or full-time. The role is in service and requires candidates to have BABCP accreditation and suitable experience within this area.

To be considered for this role applying therapists must have:

  • A post graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Full BABCP accreditation
  • Completed LTC training
  • Extensive Mental Health experience
  • The ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Be comfortable providing 1:1 or group consultation (face-to-face and via telephone)
  • An IAPT supervision course is ideal, but not essential for the role
  • Be empathetic and understanding
