Pulse Nursing are looking for Urgent Response Nurses in the South Warwickshire area. You will be providing a range of focused care interventions to facilitate to prevent hospital admissions.
Working with Pulse you’ll be playing a key role in helping support the NHS and demand in the hospitals by supporting within the Community setting.
Within this role, you will:
- Provide high quality nursing care to clients within a community setting, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and supporting hospital discharges
- Be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning delivery and evaluation of care to patients within their own homes.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain high standards of care delivery at all times.
- Care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best
- Deliver high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.
Urgent Response Role Requirements:
- Currently working within a Community Setting Rapids/ Urgent Response role
- Experience working in an A&E and ITU Unit would be beneficial for this role
- Assessment skills
- Cannulation
- Venepuncture
- Administration of all meds including IVs
- Must hold the legal right to work in the UK

Rates for this role vary between £25 and £38 per hour!
