Pulse Nursing are offering shifts within the Community of North London, working on behalf of our NHS partner, who require Community Nurses to provide a caring and respectful body of care to a diverse range of patients within their home environment.
Community Nurses can make a huge impact on patients’ lives, and the care they offer plays a crucial part in patients wellbeing and recovery.
Day shifts available from 8:30 am – 5pm Monday - Friday with hourly pay rates of £19.00 – £29.00.
Community Nurse responsibilities includes:
- Providing basic care such as checking temperature, blood pressure and breathing
- Changing Female catheter’s
- Handling diabetic care such as providing insulin
- Medicine management
- Compliant with documentation
- Wound management & Symptom control
- Time management
Community Nurse Role Requirements:
- NMC Pin
- 6 Months NHS experience
- History of working within a Clinical or Community environment
- Ability meet our Framework Compliance requirement (we will guide you through this)
