Who you are:

  • 7+ years in business development, partner management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of consumer product metrics (CAC, ROAS, etc). Bonus points for account management experience at fintech, consumer tech, and/or media companies, or high-growth startups.
  • You have demonstrated success in building authentic industry relationships, and with top-tier contacts across consumer, tech, business, media, and/or pop-culture. And as such, you maintain a proven track record of developing high-impact partnerships.
  • You are entrepreneurial, proactive and driven; from relationship building to actually executing the work – you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • You have excellent communication and operational skills. You manage projects, time, and relationships exceedingly well.
  • You are highly organized and detail oriented. Whether you’re working alone or within a broader team, you continue to drive the work forward, all while keeping your key stakeholders informed of and aligned with your progress.
