Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON’s EMEA Headquarters which covers Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications, and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.
Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.
As an Outsource Manager, you will work as part of the production team to manage the external development of our new project across all disciplines. Facilitate new requests from the internal team as well as report the ongoing external development health & status to production and project leadership.
Basic Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with external studios
- Coordinate with production, department leads, and directors to identify needs for external development
- Work together with global business development at KRAFTON to establish and maintain relations with external studios
- Refine pipelines for working with external teams, fitting to the internal team processes
- Set up the plans, budgets, and agreements for short and long-term outsourced work
- Track the progress of external work, and communicate any risks with the internal teams
We are ideally looking for:
- Several years in a similar position, within a AAA game development Studio
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic artistic and technical understanding of game development
- Experience with the full game development cycle
- Experience working with Office 365 Jira and Confluence
- Experience working on shooter games or open-world games is a plus
