Job Overview

We are looking for a talented environment artist with a passion for creating visually stunning environments for games to help with the development of our new IP. If you are a fan of realistic shooters, we want to hear from you!
As a Senior Environment Artist, you will be responsible for creating photo-realistic environments that immerse players in the world of our new IP. You will work closely with a multi-cultural team to create environments that are both well-crafted and functional, providing players with engaging gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities

Create photo-realistic content within technical constraints
Produce and iterate on a variety of assets through all phases of production
Work closely with the Lead Artists and Art Director to push the visual quality of the game
Ability to work independently
Supervise and guide junior artists
Request and review concept art
Participate in feedback sessions
Plan tasks and track bugs through Jira

Ability to create a well-structured low poly model from a high poly model
Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
Familiarity with UE Blueprints and Material editor
Proactive and self-motivated
Positive team-oriented attitude
Experience with modular level creation
Experience with Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer
Experience with Zbrush
Experience with Houdini
Experience with Outsourcing agencies
