We are currently looking for a Media Director, Paid Search to join our growing media team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid search plans for our B2B and B2C clients. You’ll manage client relationships, serve as a go-to search expert, coordinate with media colleagues on multi-channel campaigns, lead capability development, and foster growth for junior team members.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Develop and execute paid search strategies.
Primarily across Google and Microsoft/Bing, including B2B and B2C campaigns with site traffic, lead generation, sales, and other types of conversions and objectives.
Provide direction on planning deliverables, campaign management, reporting and optimization, to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
Lead a team of Paid Search Specialists (contract and/or FTE), providing guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, translate them into effective paid search campaigns, and communicate about campaign performance and optimizations.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Create and maintain processes to drive ongoing improvement in campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive. Contribute POVs internally and with clients to reflect Prophet’s strategic thinking on these topics.
Create and deliver presentations to clients showcasing campaign strategies and performance results.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Paid Search Media Management.
3+ years managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google and Microsoft/Bing. Certifications across platforms is a plus.
Experience with additional search, programmatic, or paid social media platforms – such as Amazon, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, YouTube – would be a plus
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Prophet has a hybrid work model and requires all employees to be in the office 3+ days per week.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 USD
