About the Role:

This role is starting as a 3 month contract role with the opportunity for beyond 3 months. As a Senior Recruiter (Contract), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization by attracting and hiring exceptional talent. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across departments. This position requires a deep understanding of the talent landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full end-to-end recruitment process from job creation to offer. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategy. 
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple disciplines.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights, recruitment metrics, and market trends to inform hiring decisions.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a professional process from start to finish.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years experience in GTM or technical recruitment within the software or data space. 
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS system.
  • Experience in US and international recruitment.
  • Proven experience with sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent. 
  • Bachelor's degree.
