Position Summary

Senior Martech Manager at Property Finder sits at a unique intersection of marketing, products, engineering, and analytics. We are looking for a data-focused technologist with experience driving a marketing technology stack to support high growth initiatives. As a member of the Marketing Data and Technology team, you will play a key role in building scalable consumer marketing programs by working across the organisation with the Growth & Analytics, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams. You will power how Marketing comes to life at property finder by managing and integrating 1st party data, tracking and configurations, developing data flows, and shipping web or app based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise our marketing technology stack, including tools like Tealium CDH, Splitio, Braze, Google Analytics,firebase, kochava/Adjust , Instapage, supermetrics, zapier, GTM etc.
  • Integrate data from various sources into our martech stack, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement marketing attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on martech tools, best practices, and techniques to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with martech tools and ensure their smooth operation. Stay updated on new tool features and updates to optimise their usage.
  • Ensure effective implementation of martech solutions to help achieve marketing goals.
  • Establish clear definitions for accurate and complete data across all touchpoints in the Martech stack.
  • Regularly monitor data quality metrics (e.g., missing values, inconsistencies, duplicates) and implement processes to identify and address data quality issues promptly.
  • Create detailed maps and documentation outlining how data flows through the martech stack, identifying data sources, transformations, and destinations.
  • Manage and validate JavaScript tags and image pixels to ensure proper data tracking
  • Analyze data from marketing technology systems to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate within the cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver analytics solutions that meet business objectives




The Person

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing technology Stack
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms, automation, analytics tools, and data integration solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, errors, and flow issues, and then develop solutions to address them.
  • Ability to structure and implement / improve / manage QA and testing processes.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and data pipelines and logical flows across different systems within Marketing Stack.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and tech teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
  • Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track-record of managing cross functional  resources and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong time management & prioritisation skills.
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.
  • Must be fluent in SQL , Javascript, Browser & App 
  • Stay on top of latest innovations in the Marketing domain in areas such as Data, Data Policy, systems including DMP/CDP, composable architectures, generative AI and ML
  • Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MS/Other Graduation
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
