Position Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Technology Hiring, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top technical talents. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our tech teams comprise of skilled professionals aligned with Property Finder values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical needs and team dynamics.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Regularly review and optimize recruitment processes and tools to ensure efficiency and a high quality of hires.


The Person

Desired Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with a proven track record in technical recruitment.
  • In-depth understanding of technology roles, industry trends, and specific skill sets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging modern recruitment tools and platforms for optimal outcomes.
  • Stellar communication skills with a keen aptitude for cultivating relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
