Summary of Role:

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate & focused Commercial Ops Lead to join the Property Finder group reporting to the Head of Group Commercial Operations. Your priority will be in helping to design, improve and maintain a diversity of processes, reports and systems, you will be instrumental in providing insightful data analysis to help drive sales performance and objectives across our commercial teams and the wider business,. Duties of a Commercial Ops Lead:

  • Process and ensure team is executing a high volume of daily sales contracts and updating all relevant commercial reports in all markets 
  • Proactively check prices and contracts are aligned across key systems and reports
  • Identify areas of operational effectiveness for our commercial teams use data to show ROI on improvements 
  • Identify and test sales enablement tools and be able to present ideas and run any business case projects through to implementation 
  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness 
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly sales results to Key Stakeholders across the business and be an expert in surfacing key insights with strong narrative 
  • Responsible for producing MBRs, bi Weekly Sales insights and other key presentations
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary 
  • Support in attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis 
  • Ensure group-wide quality control (QC) measures for commercial teams are adhered to
  • Support the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives through most efficient path 
  • Collect and analyse data across departments to help maximise sales productivity across the group
  • Train and onboard new employees on operational protocols to ensure all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP’s) 
  • To ensure correct sales/commercial processes are being followed by the regions they administer based on and new Head Office process rollouts.


Requirements for the role:

  • 3+ years solid experience in an commercial/rev/sales operational role 
  • Experience in managing and developing a team to ensure continued growth and meeting key deadlines 
  • Able to identify areas of operational improvements 
  • Experience using BI tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, Analytics Studio 
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi task is essential 
  • Experience in goal setting, designing commission schemes beneficial 
  • High accuracy and attention to detail is essential and an effective communicator
  • Comfortable reporting/presenting to Directors/VPs and ELT 
  • Competent using Google Suite (Sheets), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Self motivated with the ability to prioritise your own workload and have a transformational mindset
  • Salesforce experience highly beneficial, capable of building reports for further analysis
  • Background in tech companies/environment desirable
