Summary of Role:
Property Finder Group is seeking an innovative and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. As part of our growth strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects involving Salesforce (SF) integration with various software applications. The successful candidate will engage in custom development, support end users, and ensure seamless data flow within the organisation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
- Ensure the availability of the Force.com platform and provide on-call support to promptly resolve application issues.
- Collaborate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
- Work across departments to identify business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Formulate testing and implementation plans, encompassing user training and comprehensive documentation.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Salesforce Developer Certification 1 is required, with a commitment to achieve Salesforce Developer Certification 2.
- Proficiency of 1-2 years in Salesforce administration with Admin Certification.
- Expertise in programming using APEX, Visualforce, and the Web Service API.
- Capable of crafting custom integrations between Salesforce and diverse software solutions.
- Ability to approach tasks from both a business and technical perspective.
- Results-oriented mindset, capable of independently achieving task objectives.
- Proficient in quantifying and visually representing business data.
- Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
