- Play a pivotal role in supporting the creation and execution of comprehensive B2B marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the team to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue.
- Product Adoption Strategies: Actively contribute to initiatives focused on boosting product and feature adoption across various client segments. Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies that drive product adoption and usage.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Develop compelling content tailored for B2B audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, testimonial videos, webinars, and thought leadership pieces. Implement a content distribution plan to effectively reach target audiences.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution and performance analysis. Utilize various channels, including content, events, traditional marketing and digital to maximize impact.
Customer-Centric Focus: Utilize market segmentation strategies to customize and optimize marketing initiatives for diverse client segments. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all marketing endeavors.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts. Leverage data and insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, commercial, cx and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Drive efforts in lead generation and contribute to the development of lead nurturing strategies. Collaborate with the commercial and cx teams to optimize conversion rates.
- Brand Positioning: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong brand presence in the B2B space. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years Proven experience in marketing, showcasing successful campaigns and lead generation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling messages for B2B audiences.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
