- Building Relationships: You'll be the driving force behind our relationships with professional real estate companies in Egypt, nurturing these connections to foster business growth.
- Autonomy and Accountability: In this role, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and drive results. We're looking for mature sales professionals who can communicate effectively, present confidently, and manage their time efficiently.
- Coaching and Collaboration: You'll assist in coaching and developing our team by conducting monthly observation calls with managers and co-leading monthly/ weekly and daily team meetings.
- Reporting and Goal Setting: Provide weekly reporting updates to the team, ensuring that our goals are not just met but exceeded.
- Individual Growth: Conduct one-on-one meetings with the team at least bi-monthly to support their individual growth and development.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate on key strategies that drive the growth of our team, ensuring we stay on the path to success.
- Customer Engagement: Your team will serve as the initial point of contact for potential future customers, identifying opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to ensure all client requests are fulfilled promptly and effectively.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience Matters: You have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, making you a seasoned professional in your field.

- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently from head office: You are able to take decisions and manage the team with little or no supervision from head office.

- Tech-Savvy: You're highly computer literate, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Educational Background: You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- SaaS/Subscription/ MRR Experience: You bring at least 3-5 years of selling experience in a SaaS/subscription environment.
- Quota Management: Experience managing multi-million EGP quotas and helping businesses achieve ROI.
- Organized and Reliable: Your strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills make you a reliable self-starter.
- Mentorship: Providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members to foster their growth.
- Responsible Delegation: Effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities within the team while maintaining accountability for results.
