Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: You'll be the driving force behind our relationships with professional real estate companies in Egypt, nurturing these connections to foster business growth.
  • Autonomy and Accountability: In this role, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and drive results. We're looking for mature sales professionals who can communicate effectively, present confidently, and manage their time efficiently.
  • Coaching and Collaboration: You'll assist in coaching and developing our team by conducting monthly observation calls with managers and co-leading monthly/ weekly and daily team meetings.
  • Reporting and Goal Setting: Provide weekly reporting updates to the team, ensuring that our goals are not just met but exceeded.
  • Individual Growth: Conduct one-on-one meetings with the team at least bi-monthly to support their individual growth and development.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate on key strategies that drive the growth of our team, ensuring we stay on the path to success.
  • Customer Engagement: Your team  will serve as the initial point of contact for potential future customers, identifying opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to ensure all client requests are fulfilled promptly and effectively.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience Matters: You have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, making you a seasoned professional in your field.
  • Excellent Communication: Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills help you convey product ideas to clients effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong customer service mindset is in your DNA, and you handle various customer types with patience.
  • Analytical Thinker: Exceptional analytical skills enable you to analyze client data and propose ROI-maximizing solutions.
  • Time Management Expertise: You're a pro at managing your time and have experience with Salesforce CRM (a plus).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently from head office: You are able to take decisions and manage the team with little or no supervision from head office.

Follow a set cadence from Management: You have the ability to carry out the strategy as set out by senior management by following the departments workflow and cadences.Lead daily/ weekly team meetings: Lead team meetings in a inspirational and impactful manner

  • Tech-Savvy: You're highly computer literate, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Educational Background: You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • SaaS/Subscription/ MRR Experience: You bring at least 3-5 years of selling experience in a SaaS/subscription environment.
  • Quota Management: Experience managing multi-million EGP quotas and helping businesses achieve ROI.
  • Organized and Reliable: Your strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills make you a reliable self-starter.
  • Mentorship: Providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members to foster their growth.
  • Responsible Delegation: Effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities within the team while maintaining accountability for results.
  • Adherence to Compliance: Ensuring that all appointment setting activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintaining a positive and optimistic outlook, which can inspire the team, even in challenging situations.
  • Goal Setting: Setting clear, achievable, and motivating goals for the team is a skill that drives continuous improvement.
  • Feedback Delivery: Constructive feedback is crucial for individual and team growth, and a good team leader should provide feedback effectively, emphasizing both strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: A team leader should actively seek and incorporate customer feedback to adapt and refine appointment setting strategies and processes.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions, both within the team and during customer interactions, can enhance rapport-building and negotiation skills.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effective conflict resolution skills help manage interpersonal issues within the team and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Creativity: Thinking outside the box and exploring innovative approaches to appointment setting can differentiate the team's efforts.
  • Account Segmentation: The ability to segment leads and prioritize outreach based on potential and relevance can significantly improve appointment conversion rates.
  • Empathy: A great manager should understand the challenges faced by appointment setters and demonstrate empathy toward team members to maintain morale and motivation.
  • Resilience: In the face of setbacks or rejections, a resilient manager can maintain a positive attitude and inspire the team to persevere.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, is a plus. 
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in real estate media, tech, software, advertising, or marketplace-based businesses is preferred.
