Reporting to the SDR Manager, you will be an integral part of the team by helping to research, prospect, cold call, follow-up and schedule meetings.

You will be assigned a number of prospects and trained to the highest levels to be able to exceed expectations and exceed your OTE.

Full training and coaching will be provided to enable you.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain contact with prospects within a strict call cycle.

- Conduct proactive prospecting work to supplement inbound leads.

- Identify data opportunities within the CRM.

- Adhere to identified KPI’s.


Desired Qualifications 

Knowledge about the product and market (Real Estate experience a plus)

1-2 years of Sales experience is not essential but you must be unafraid to make cold calls, personable and highly coachable.


Skills & Behaviors of Successful Candidates

English, written and spoken, is essential, Arabic is desired, any other languages will be a boost

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be highly organized. 

Be exceptionally well presented and structured in your approach

Be highly computer literate, adept at G-suite and highly online savvy.
