- Build, manage, and optimize innovative paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to PPC, paid social, display, and content promotion.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends that can enhance our brand's visibility and SOV.
- Manage and monitor paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources to achieve optimal campaign performance.
- Leverage data and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our paid media strategies.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling copies and creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of paid media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and present campaign performance reports to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Essential - Education, Knowledge/Skills & Attitude:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- With 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar setting (Tech, E-Commerce, etc.)
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners like Adjust and AppsFlyer.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
