Job purpose:
It is at the heart of Property Finder’s purpose to develop compelling products which deliver strong commercial value to our customers. We therefore seek an experienced, commercially savvy and strategic Product Manager who has owned core products and has an excellent track record of delivering material revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be the strongest advocate for the user and customer and will be responsible for defining, validating, communicating, and delivering an end-to-end product that solves the most important and complex problems for our users and customers. Our Product Managers sit in the intersection of Technology, Business, and Design to determine what is best for our users, customers, and company.
Responsibilities:
- Write excellent quality user stories that drive the development of great improvements for the product.
- Work closely with the Tech team to deliver changes in line with the requirements.
- Support in validating customer feedback and running design sprints.
- Contribute to the voice of the customer being heard and communicated throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying commercial and monetization opportunities.
- Help in defining and reporting on core metrics.
- Collaborate with other functions within Property Finder to gain feedback and maximize impact in the market.
Essential - Attitude, Knowledge and Skills:
- Product Management role with 1-2 years experience.
- Interest in digital product development and a desire to grow in this field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for finding the intersection between solving customer problems and business value.
- Familiarity with modern product development methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal English.

- Multi-market / International experience.
