Role Summary:

  • We seek an accomplished and driven Sales Director / Country Manager to lead our business. 
  • This role is accountable for the delivery of the Group’s ambitious business plans for this territory, which involves strong, sustainable growth over many years. 
  • Holding P&L ownership, the position will be a key contributor to the commercial strategy for this territory, to be agreed with the Group’s Executive Committee and Chief Revenue Officer, and also implement all relevant operations to support it. 
  • The role will grow further and lead a high performing team to enable the Qatar business to grow, making best possible use of Group resources and expertise to gain maximum momentum. 
  • This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will work with all Group Executive Committee members towards becoming a distinct leader in the digital classifieds space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high-performance
  • Design and implement strategies to  deliver on key KPIs including:
    • Revenue, Sales Productivity, EBITDA, as well as portfolio health metrics such as deal size (ARPA), new business, net client count, retention, and share of wallet
    • Customer Centricity and satisfaction (NPS)
  • Drive digital transformation of the real estate industry in your country/territory
  • Build strategic relationships with Real Estate Industry leaders and influencers up to C-Level including regulator/ governing bodies.
  • Be the inspirational leader who attracts, develops and retains the best talent within the commercial team
  • Be one of the main public faces of the company 
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Support and Strategy teams to continuously drive the mindset of differentiating Property Finder’s product offering to create value for its customers and consumers.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives and forecasts.
  • Work closely with Legal, HR and Finance to ensure local compliance with company policies and procedures and local governance laws.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA degree
  • A minimum of 7-10 years experience in managing a team least 2 layers deep.
  • Native/fluent Arabic speaker, with strong written and spoken English
  • Proven Sales track record in B2B SaaS /Subscription
  • Proven track record of thought leadership and ability to execute on long term vision
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales
  • Be able to mentor and coach people
  • Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Expert level interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and technical skills.
  • Ability to nurture a culture of long range forecasting
  • Leadership skills to manage all of the sales managers
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
