Role Summary:

  • We are looking for a proactive and energetic campaign manager to join our team. 
  • At Property Finder, we offer media agencies and direct clients unique and unrivaled access to real-estate audiences in the GCC. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Media and will be Dubai-based.
  • The Media Consultant will be responsible for setting up all media campaigns and ensuring the campaign performance is meeting the set objectives.  The successful candidate will be trained on how to use the right tools and processes to be successful.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with the media agencies and direct clients to ensure campaigns’ materials are received as per the specs 
  • Works with the Media operation team to ensure campaigns are launched in a timely manner
  • Ensures that weekly campaign reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and shared with the respective clients and head of Media.
  • Works closely with the finance team to prepare clients’ statements of accounts and invoices to ensure timely payments including the follow up and payment collection.
  • Maintains an updated prospect contact list in CRM such as Salesforce
  • Maintains follow-ups on current campaigns schedules and delivery through google Ad-Manager (Training will be provided)
  • Prepares media plans based on brief’s received from the clients (Training will be provided)
  • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as required  

 

Desired Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelors in marketing or related fields. 
  • Min of 2+ Years in Media/advertising, marketing and sales management experience preferably in the UAE. 
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Excellent English & Arabic reading and writing skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
