Position Summary

The Business Analyst will help us build a data-driven decision-making environment by leveraging the different data sources and BI tools to design and build technical and analytical solutions to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights. Their work aims to drive efficiency, increase productivity, and improve the customer and employee experience.

With the experience gained, the role holder might be able to develop an internal career path and grow within the company. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Identity automation opportunities within the commercial team to reduce manual/monotonous efforts
  • Build automation using various technologies (integrations, APIs, or RPA)
  • Maximize output/efficiency of ticketing tools (Zendesk) for better customer and employee experience
  • Generate reports and dashboards using BI tools and different data sources (Tableau, Metabase, Salesforce) to identify customer behaviors, mine insights & provide an overview of the businesses performance.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders within and outside Commercial operations to solve problems and develop solutions to improve customer experience.


Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred majors: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Math or other related majors
  • Database skills including SQL queries
  • Python or Perl programming language skills preferred
  • Good understanding of integrations, APIs & RPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to query data
  • Must be on University / Parent or Spouse sponsorship

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
