Position summary

Content Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company's overall SEO Content strategy. Responsibilities contain but not limited to a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy. 

Content Managers are tasked with building a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, managing a content team, growing an online community and tracking that community's growth, among other duties.

Task and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO Content strategy
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research to guide the content team
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner 
  • Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
  • Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
  • Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
  • Formulate a cross-platform content strategy
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media
  • Ensure that all the business’s narratives and messages are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions you formulate along with the CMO
  • Oversee the development and management of the business’s brand standards and content style guides, as well as the overall expression of the business’s corporate identity in the content it puts out
  • Lead and inspire the development of first-class content by the content department personnel along with other production means inclusive of videos, infographics, blogs, and data visualization in order to ensure optimal delivery of content to target audiences across multiple channels
  • Develop and oversee an integrated content strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied and aligned with the business’s overall objectives
  • Responsible for the creation of the editorial structure within the content department to ensure that all content across the business is integrated and aligned to support business objectives
  • Enable structured content creation capabilities through the implementation of models and processes for sourcing information, analyzing, and creating content
  • Designing and implementing measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the content put out by the business against the business’s operational objectives and strategies
  • Play an active role in research and in this capacity he formulates questionnaires and surveys, gathers information from key industry figures in an attempt to determine the validity of proposed topics and themes for the business’s content


  • Must be fluent in both AR & EN languages
  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills
