Role Summary:

  • Through our access to the largest audience of home seekers in the UAE, our marketing function collaborates with product and the rest of the organization to drive growth in lead traffic, delight users and build a powerful revenue opportunity to our real estate brokerage partners
  • Create and execute the overall Marketing Strategy for Mortgage Finder.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a thought leadership strategy in line with our brand purpose.
  • Translate USPs into commercial narratives about the features, functions and benefits across each segment and key personas.
  • Structure a commercial offering to our network of real estate brokerage partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage on the power of Property Finder’s market leading brand to position Mortgage Finder as the ultimate trusted source for advise
  • Craft a clear brand story and position our company as the go to source of information and objective advice on home financing
  • Develop marketing materials and programs designed to enhance our customers’ understanding of business and products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (Sales, PR, Data, Creative, etc.) to ensure cohesion and scalability for messaging, campaigns and product launches.
  • Define clear KPIs and develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive decision making and impact.
  • Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above.
  • Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management processes.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant Marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B marketing dynamics.
  • Experience working with senior marketers and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization.
  • Demonstrated impact through content marketing.
