Role Summary:

We're looking to hire a senior web analytics manager to level up our measurement capability. The ideal candidate should be curious and analytical, you should strive to understand the ‘why’ through a systematic approach to problem solving. 

The role will be split between builder and insight generator. Day to day you will support the consumer martech team by providing actionable insights to understand property seeker behaviour. Strategically you will be developing plans to help our long term consumer product roadmap.

You will have the opportunity to work in a cross functional team of martech, product, marketing and engineering to help drive business goals

Accountabilities, Goals, and Outcomes:

  • Deliver insights that contribute to fueling the growth of the business
  • Build and manage a best in-class web and app reporting infrastructure
  • Improve the business’s ability to “self serve” their data needs
  • Successfully audit, manage and provide strategic direction for all our digital analytics
  • Report on the users full funnel activities from advertising to onsite metrics, across New Subscribers, Reactivations and Retention

Competencies:

  • Curiosity and insight generation, able to translate data into actionable insights for the business
  • Data governance, design and manage our digital analytics process to ensure growth goals can be measured and optimised
  • Project management, own work streams between the business and engineering teams to onboard or enhance current digital platforms
  • Accountability: have a builder’s mentality, taking and owning projects from start to completion
  • Problem solving: able to break down a problem to its root cause to better understand the task

What we’re looking for:

  • Expert Platform knowledge across Google Analytics, Google tag manager, AWS
  • Hands on experience with Bigquery, Firebase, Datastudio. 
  • Hands on experience structuring taxonomy
