- Provide training for existing clients and their agents.
- Help Sales team with onboarding process for new clients.
- Go through clients accounts regularly and perform account management.
- Visit clients when needed to and provide their team with training and technical support.
- Support the office management with admin communications and light admin work.
- Perform regular cold calls with prospects when when needed.
