seek an experienced product professional who has owned core products and has an excellent track
record of delivering material growth.The successful candidate will be the strongest advocate for our customers in the B2B space, ensuring
their voice is heard with in the product and tech organization. As an experienced product professional,
you will be responsible for defining, validating, communicating, and delivering an end-to-end product that
solves the most important and complex problems our customers face when trying to attract and manage
property seekers via their listings.

Reporting to the Director of Product – B2B, the head of SaaS Product will shape the product roadmap for
the SaaS space at Property Finder. Having experience in unifying systems to deliver unparalleled
customer experiences, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting real estate
companies in their core jobs to be done.

Responsibilities:
 Developing an informed roadmap taking input form research, client, internal
stakeholders, meeting the ambition of Property Finder’s vision
 Product Validation - always-on product discovery, defining MVPs, running design sprints
and validating customer feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
 Being a strong customer advocate and ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and
communicated at every step of the process (from problem validation to solution
validation to release).
 Own your backlog and execute it with the Engineering team to find the best technical
implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
 Managing the release- planning process and crafting key milestones for the product
roadmap.
 Managing a product manager who will support the delivery of the SaaS product roadmap.
 Strong stakeholder management and engagement – ensuring internal and external buy-in. 
 Be aware of the ​best-of-breed commercial strategies of the different Real Estate portals of
the world​ and develop a point of view on how that applies to Property Finder. 
 Gather market insights​ and a ​strong understanding of competitor offerings​ to leverage the
best ideas available and enable us to defend against competitive threats.
 Work in ​close collaboration with other functions in Property Finder​ to gain feedback on
the efficacy of our offerings in the market and maximise our impact on the market,
through an end to end go to market strategy.

Essential - Attitude, Knowledge and Skills:

 Digital Product Management role with 8+ years experience.
 Strong Experience in B2B product
 Proven track record in creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving
product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
 Hands On and pragmatic attitude
 Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management capability. Our
organisation is quite lean, you’ll be exposed to all level in the organization
 Exposure to B2B customers and diving deep into the problems they face in their markets.
 Business Centric - passionate about finding the intersection between solving customer
problems and business value.
 Excited by moving the needle rather than optimizing the status quo
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
 Ability to work with remote teams
 Experience in managing direct reports

Preferred - Attitude, Knowledge and Skills:
 Multi-market / International experience.
 Property Tech experience. 
 Experience of delivering solutions for multiple markets.
 Experience in Classifieds marketplace.
 Good written and verbal Arabic (a plus)
