We are looking for a Head of Executive/Leadership Recruitment to be a key contributor of our talent strategy to identify and attract top talent from around the world. This role requires someone who has solid experience in senior and executive hiring for multinational tech businesses. The Head of Exec search will work closely with our senior leadership team providing talent market maps, industry insights and recruitment data. This is an individual contributor role that will be part of the wider Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go to person for Property Finder senior and executive recruitment 
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines of quality talent through various methods, including, headhunting, networking and recruitment marketing
  • Keep the business up to date with talent trends the relevant global industries: Tech, Product, Sales and Marketing
  • Collate and present senior market reports at regular intervals
  • Partner with the HR and Total rewards team to bring insights on salary and compensation trends 
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, offer negotiation etc
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction through to offer. 
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Employer Brand teams to create recruitment marketing content that appeals to target audience 
  • Create and evolve a Property Finder overview pitch for senior candidates that extends job descriptions and org charts.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short and long-term hiring needs
  • Proven experience of senior and executive recruitment in a multinational environment: Director to C-suite roles.
  • Proficiency with online hiring tools i.e., LinkedIn
  • Experience of hiring in an in-house role and agency/search firm or RPO capacity
  • Extensive experience of working in Product & Technology led environments
  • Experience of sourcing niche leadership roles for technology companies
  • Strong headhunting and sourcing skills and a track record of hiring 
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Working knowledge of Applicant tracking systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade hiring decisions

Other Capabilities:

  • Being confident in presenting in front of Exec Leadership teams and wider business
  • Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders in times where briefs can be vague
