Key Focus of the Role:
The Media Sales Manager is responsible for managing all Egypt Media Agency accounts, developing and maintaining trusted relationships, and as a result, generating advertising revenues to achieve sales targets. We are looking for a proactive, energetic person to join the team and be responsible for all things Media Agency, including strategic planning & sales strategy, product recommendations, feedback and reporting. We are a highly successful subscription business with an impressive growth track record. We are focused on delivering buyer and renter leads to Brokers and Developers, but in addition to this, we offer Media Agencies and direct clients a unique property-related audience unrivalled in Egypt
- Propertyfinder Group ambassador for key stakeholders in all the major Egypt Media Agencies.
- Develop & maintain those key relationships.
- Negotiate & secure agreements with leading agencies to increase spend.
- Management of one Media Sales Executive.
- Devise strategies to maximize the monetization of all inventory including banners, EDM, SMS, print, Wallpaper, native, mobile etc.
- Adapt relevant, engaging sales presentations & proposals tailored to client’s needs.
- Exceed sales targets set by Head of Media
- Provide regular feedback and insight to senior stakeholders and identify trends and opportunities within the Media Agency landscape.
Skills required :
- 3+ years Egypt media sales experience with excellent Media agency contacts
- Sales management experience ideally with the media agency sector
- High level digital media sales and account management experience essential
- A creative thinker – able to collaborate with internal teams and devise new creative solutions for clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Analytical skills required for data analysis and regular reporting.
- Highly confident approaching direct clients in addition to Media Agencies.
- Arabic and English language skills highly essential
- Salesforce experience beneficial but not essential.
