Business Lead to the CEO

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a “Business Lead” who’ll work directly with our CEO, and collaborate extensively with the Chief Strategy Officer, on a variety of topics, including but not limited to, investor discussions and special projects. This is a very unique role with direct C-suite visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO 
  • Develop strong relationship with leaders in the organization and serve as a conduit among staff, C-Suite and and the CEO, on key company-related matters
  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders in gathering, organizing and conveying information 
  • Put together communication material for CEO’s internal and external engagements (e.g., speeches, presentations)
  • Help create more  bandwidth for the CEO through ruthless prioritization driven by strategic thinking

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in top-tier global management consulting companies (Senior Business Analyst, Junior Associate level)
  • Very strong problem solving skills - the candidate should be able to take ownership of a standalone workstream, or a mini project and take it to the end without little guidance
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for modeling purposes
  • Can-do attitude - get things done fast (within the boundaries of company culture, which we deeply care about)
  • Ability to put together a basic powerpoint storyline with minimal guidance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in career

Other Capabilities:

  • Understanding of basic corporate finance is nice to have
