As Technical Recruiter you will be working on sourcing niche tech talent with focus on the local market in Turkey. Utilizing linkedIn along with local channels and connections to attract talent in a competitive market to help our technology teams grow. Your role will facilitate a rapid and robust recruitment process and you will responsible for maintaining strong candidate pipelines and a high quality candidate experience.

You will be a specialist in Sourcing, not solely relying on a single or go-to platform, but with an ability to think extremely creatively of how to attract the needed talent in technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

    • Acts as the outbound sourcing support for Property Finder and Mortgage Finder technology business units by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, priorities, and needs of the department and business; report on trends and propose solutions to identified issues.
    • Act as a Talent Advisor by using talent and competitive intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategies.
    • Design and drive innovative programs to engage passive candidates: events, conferences, meet-ups, new sourcing tools, partnerships, brand and sourcing campaigns.
    • Capture and maintain accurate market, and candidate information on our ATS, CRM and knowledge management systems so as to both facilitate the search process.
    • Source, engage, and screen passive (and active) talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs.
    • Ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System and pull reports.
    • Effectively communicate the to your manager the status of sourcing activities and results and discuss how to continuously develop it.
    • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from the team and candidates.
    • Assist the TA team with Recruitment marketing content and execution of branding campaigns.


  • 2+ years sourcing experience in technology hiring within large technology business.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (Native) is a must.
  • Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques
  • Experience with using an ATS.
  • Experience and current connections or database with hiring PHP developers will be an added asset.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Premium will be an added asset.
