Position statement/summary

Will ensure the smooth coordination of the Ad Operations Team across Property Finder group websites, primarily focus on UAE. Providing strong trafficking and execution skills with our sales, adops, design and martech teams, to efficiently manage the execution of media campaigns on a daily basis. This role is an opportunity to get into a fast paced tech company. You will be based in Egypt, however will be primarily supporting our operations in UAE. 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Work with the Adops, design, and sales team to review briefs are submitted correctly, define work according to capacity and brief requirements as well as project managing tasks on team Kanban board. 
  • Co-ordinating campaign reports and ensuring these are delivered in a timely manner. 
  • Develop (self & team) by attending training and skills sessions on campaign improvement, as well as participate in establishing a centre of excellence. 
  • Traffic campaigns and implement various types of banners (static & rich media if applicable) across all PF group.
  • Able to identify areas that need improvement. Gathers facts and data that will form the basis for decision making.
  • Work with Ad Operations Managers to ensure projects are executed precisely  
  • Work with Social Media from time to time - to understand campaign management, planning, reporting and optimization.
  • Work with Designers to Deliver assets as required. 
  • Contribute and keep up to date, any document training materials and knowledge base

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 1 year within a marketing discipline in agency or corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Google 360 suite of products - Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Tealium) - willing to learn and show prior experience with on the job learning.
  • Marketing, Commerce, Business or related education.

  • Reports directly to Growth Manager - Ad Operations UAE
  • Works across all countries
