Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and goals for Property Finder’s SEO strategy
  • Deliver the roadmap to achieve vision; partner with marketing, tech, product, and PR to execute
  • Build strong relationships across the PF group to integrate SEO friendly thinking in all stages of the product development and delivery process
  • Provide useful and insightful analysis for stakeholders across the PF Group
  • Identify new ways of increasing organic ranking, traffic, and revenue built on building trust with customers for the Property Finder brand across multiple markets.
  • Be the voice (and champion!) of best in class SEO practices across the PF group
  • Supervise on-site and off-site SEO functions to improve site health, influence content development, and promote our content to increase domain authority
  • Own organic health reporting, inclusive of traffic trends, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee regular site and content audits to identify technical opportunities and establish a plan to grow seo traffic Regularly present key findings, industry changes, and best practices to influence all levels of the organization, from working teams to C-team.
  • Develop, and empower a growing team of SEO experts 

Knowledge And Skills

  • 8+ Years of experience in SEO leading both technical and content-driven SEO functions, ideally for a global digital marketplace or e-commerce site
  • People management experience with a track record of developing teams and people.
  • Lives, eats and breathes the science and art of SEO.
  • You are always thinking about experimenting and testing and building scalable solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communicator across all levels of organization, up to C-team.
  • Intellectually curious with a desire to learn and evolve with the business
  • Strategic strength: demonstrated success in setting objective and prioritizing activities to deliver on objective.
  • Operational strength: demonstrated success in delivering on high-complexity, multiple-stakeholder programs.
  • Hands on experience with Tech SEO tools. Ideally BrightEdge and OnCrawl.
  • Proven experience building and executing a multi-market / multi-language content strategy
  • Remote team management
  • Integrated understanding of SEO within the broader digital marketing suite of activities
  • A “can do” approach - the glass is always half full!
