The job will be responsible for managing HR operations (including Payroll), across all entities at Property Finder. As the business grows we are working on running HR more efficiently, we will therefore become more centralized from an operational perspective while ensuring we use local knowledge from our HR Business Partners to service the business.  This position will be crucial in delivering a smooth employee experience from onboarding - to offboarding while ensuring we run HR operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Managing an effective and high performing team, who operate the payroll and HR operations of the business across all our entities.
  • Manage and be responsible for payroll processing across all our operating entities. 
  • Implement payroll integration (i.e. centralised payroll) and potential outsourcing across all entities. 
  • Ensure onboarding and offboarding from an operations perspective run smoothly, this includes visa’s, contracts delivery, systems HR systems are updated, when an employee onboard everything is ready (IT, Payroll, Workplace, etc…). 
  • Review and send out all HR contracts, letters, and any other employee documents the employees needs to receive. 
  • Ensure all HR databases are updated with accurate employee information

Requirements

  • Degree educated in a relevant HR field
  • 5+ years experience of HR Operations
  • Ability to manage a team
  • GCC experience
  • Technology sector experience (desirable)
  • Arabic speaker (desirable)
