We are expanding fast and are looking for experienced Account Manager to join our Egypt team. The role will involve managing a portfolio of real estate companies and achieving revenue targets. As a largely autonomous role, this position is suitable for mature sales professional candidates who possess excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
Tasks and responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Ensure the correct products and services are presented to customers in a timely manner
- Exceed core activity KPI'S
- Continually increase company product knowledge
- Actively contribute, participate and work effectively
- Hit Sales revenue targets
- Sign lost clients/ late renewals
- Providing regular performance reviews and performance reports to ensure
maximum client retention
- Identify up-sell opportunities within the assigned portfolio
- Collect payments from clients and manage any financial needs
- Fluent in English and Arabic essential
- Highly computer literate - adept at Excel and Powerpoint
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong and proactive work ethic.
- Adept in talking to key decision makers.
- Assertive, influential and highly motivated with an ability to work in a target driven company
